PPR is a best in class operator for the mortgage note market and has an incredible 17 year + track record with on time distributions. I don't know of another sponsor that has demonstrated this level of consistency and thru major macroeconomic headwinds like the 2007-2008 GFC, Covid, and most recently the Trump tariff impacts.
