I've known the founders for 15 years, have purchased mortgage notes from them and am an investor in the Reliance Fund. The founders are reliable, astute businessmen and just generally very nice people. I believe they've put a good team in place and the company has consistently made interest payments as promised. I have recommended PPR Capital Management to other investors.

My wife and I have invested with them for about a year now, but have known them for 2-3 years. I got to really know them through a Mastermind group we were apart of. We have done 3 investments with them. We like them because it is easy to do business with them. They have a new investor portal that makes it convenient to see investments in real time. They also have a helpful and knowledgeable investor relations department and staff. Another thing we like is that they have a few different options to invest in. Their Reliant Income fund has terms of 6mo, 12mo, & 36mo at different interest rates accordingly. Their returns have met our expectations and have always been on time. We did a 6mo investment with them and wanted a redemption after the 6 months was up and it was given back to us in full. They do have 90 day redemption period, meaning you have to contact them 90 days before you want your money returned.They also offer a car wash investment that is more of an equity long-term play as well with good returns. I haven't invested in that yet. Good company with a good track record, longevity, and large asset base to back them up. I would and have invested with them multiple times.
